Kathmandu : President Ram Chandra Paudel has authenticated the Bill to Restore the Existing Provisions of the Nepal Special Service Act, 2042 (1985), 2083, which was passed by the Federal Parliament and submitted for authentication.
According to a statement issued by President’s Office spokesperson Ritesh Kumar Shakya, President Paudel authenticated the bill in accordance with Article 113(2) of the Constitution of Nepal.
The bill, passed by a meeting of the Federal Parliament, was submitted to the President for authentication and was authenticated on Wednesday.
